For our IT support customers, we proactively monitor the health of your laptops, desktops and servers using Remote Monitoring and Management software (RMM). RMM will alert our technicians of issues including failing hard drives, and high CPU usage that can affect how your computer functions. Our technicians remotely diagnose and resolve these issues before they begin to affect your productivity. We also use RMM to run regular maintenance and install updates and repairs to ensure that your IT systems are running at optimal performance.

If you notice any issues with your laptop, desktop or server, our IT helpdesk team are on-hand to assist you. Our technicians and engineers remotely troubleshoot and resolve IT issues to minimise downtime for your employees and your business. If a remote solution is not feasible, our engineers can diagnose and repair the issue in our high-tech workshop or conduct a site visit.

RMM is software that allows IT engineers to remotely monitor and manage your business’s IT infrastructure and its health. Monitoring software is installed on clients’ devices and sends information to the helpdesk team. This information is used to diagnose potential issues before they affect your business such as hard-drive failure and high CPU usage. RMM can also be used for remote access to devices, and to remotely install updates and fixes.
RMM provides our IT engineers with information about your device including its operating system, memory, CPU usage and installed applications. It does not provide information about user activity on the device such as what websites they have visited. Engineers will not gain remote access to your machine without permission from the user or their manager.
