Microsoft have announced that they will be enforcing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all users starting from July 2024. This is a crucial step in enhancing security for your email account and Microsoft cloud-based data.
To ensure continued access to your email account, please follow the steps below before July 2024:
- Click on this link: MFA Setup
- Select ‘Work or School’
- Log into your email account. If you don’t know the password to the account, click ‘Forgotten my Password’, and follow the steps. If you cannot reset your password, click here to raise a ticket with our helpdesk team.
- Set up the authentication app or provide a mobile number to receive a code
You may already use MFA on your email account. If the link in step 1 takes you to a security information page, you already have MFA set up and no further action is required.
